Bayern Munich are on course for a famous season with Vincent Kompany’s men looking unstoppable across all competitions. The Bavarian giants have enjoyed a near monopoly in the Bundesliga in recent history, winning 12 of the last 13 German top-flight titles – Bayer Leverkusen’s title win in 2024 was a complete anomaly. Realistically, Bayern should win the Bundesliga every season given the financial disparity between them and every other club in Germany. If it was based on goals per game in a top five league campaign then Bayern will unquestionably smash that record. Bayern have scored 3.6 goals per Bundesliga this campaign, so they are on track to match Torino’s record but they will realistically rest players after wrapping up the title when the Champions League will be the priority. Real Madrid almost broke the record in 2011/12, while Barcelona feature more than any other club in the top 20,
