The January transfer window is now open and the rumours continue to circulate as clubs plan out moves. Teams are working tirelessly behind the scenes on identifying targets and figuring out their budgets.

Bournemouth are reportedly interested in a loan move for Arsenal forward Ethan Nwaneri, but the 18-year-old England Under-21 international’s preference is to stay with the Gunners until the end of the season, even though he is struggling for first-team football.

Manchester City defender John Stones is in the final year of his contract at the club and manager Pep Guardiola has cast doubt over the 31-year-old England defender’s future at the club. 

Reports suggest that Liverpool defender Joe Gomez and Nottingham Forest centre-back Murillo are two of the options AC Milan are looking at to bolster their backline this January.
